New Homes Coming Soon!

We are delighted to announce that before the end of 2024, we will have available new two-bedroom homes for rent in Lawford. These quality homes are currently being built by local developer Rose Builders.

The online application form will be open and available for completion from 10.00am on Wednesday 12th June 2024 and closes at 4.00pm on Friday 26th July 2024.

Please note the application form will not be on our website before this date.

The available tenancies are for a maximum of five years, in order that the opportunity can be available to other local young people on a rotational basis.

The rent required for a two-bedroom house is £540.00 per month which includes £100.00 per month returned to the tenant as a lump sum, on the successful conclusion of their tenancy (therefore the net rent is actually £440.00 per month).

The initial rent will be frozen at this rate for the first three years of the tenancy and then subject to annual review.

The rents are set as low as this to allow our tenants to also save towards their own home in the future, whilst living independently in one of our homes.
