FOUR SIMPLE STAGES
The application process
It begins with the completion of the online application form which is sent directly to LHET for review and validation.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to interview and those that are successful will be offered a tenancy.
A visitor applies and completes the online form. This is received by LHET and confirmation of receipt is sent to the applicant.
The registration is validated, reviewed and scored against the Trust’s qualifying criteria. Shortlisted applicants will be subjected to a credit and reference check before being invited to interview.
The successful applicants are offered a tenancy.
Successful applicants that have accepted their offer of a tenancy move into their new homes for a maximum of five years.
