In October 2021, we will have available eight new two-bedroom semi-detached houses for rent, in Rose Fields, Lawford (Lawford Green Development).
The rent required is £525.00 per month, which includes a £100 savings contribution that is returned on successful completion of a tenancy (maximum of five years). This initial rent will be frozen at that rate for the first three years of the tenancy and then subject to review.
The rent is set as low as this to allow our tenants to also save towards their own home in the future, whilst living independently in one of our homes.

Applications open from 5.00pm on Friday 18th June 2021 and close at 5.00pm on Sunday 18th July 2021. Applications will only be accepted during this period and online.
